After getting caught by the lucky motorist - and Renee "running with the idea", rather than running for the bushes - we decided to photograph her in and around the massive stone monument. The sightseers seemed to melt away and find other places to be when Renee appeared, and made no effort to cover up... no accounting for taste, I suppose...To those who decry the lack of quality in the images... it's not a "bad camera"... it is the result of slides being stored in plastic sheet pages for almost twenty years and then being scanned into digital images with a ten year old scanner. Sorry. Digital cameras were hardly even a dream when I photographed Renee...
