Bombay Sapphire drinker for 20 years plus, lime goes much better with it than lemon. Trust me, In Scotch, I stick to single malts well-aged and served ; If necessary (for the neophytes) with frozen Scotch rocks to chill it. But never use granite or marble rocks as they are porous and affect the taste. Always, Always use rocks made of soapstone only. Have fun dear lady.
